Phone Call: Mr. Watkins is director of maintenance at Redbud Hills Retirement Condos. They are experiencing a problem with fawcet aerators becoming clogged. Also said water pressure is low.

After receiving call SG went to Redbud Hills complex and met with Mr. Watkins. Checked chlorine at womens restroom on 1st floor. It was 0/2.30 mg/L. Observed material in the fawcet. It is a grey to brown in color. It has a very soft texture.11/24/98 - Ed Sherfield checked the water pressure at the hydrant nest to Redbud meter. It had 54psi pressure. 01/22/99: No further action
