Had already talked to local agent about this. Rumpke has missed this pick up the past 2 weeks. Also explained to him that cans cannot stay sitting on the sidewalk and that he will have to appeal to BPW to use private hauler since this is a single family residence. Sent notice of ordinance violation to owner and agent for using private hauler. 01/04/1999 still no appeal filed. Waiting on word from Legal about fines. 01/13/1999 sent 2nd notice. If no appeal filed by 1/20 turn over to Legal for fines. 01/14/1999 Rumpke cans are gone.
