Parking on Unimproved Surface: Violation
Other: Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. Complaintant has talked with tenant about problem before, but it continues. He also questions the number of tenants here.

Found two cars parked on rear lawn at this time. Sent letters to owner/tenants requiring this to cease immediately. Re-inspected site, no cars were found parked on the lawn at the time. Case will be closed until another complaint comes in on the property.
