Door hanger about trash. 11/13/1998 Talked to Marcia Yoder, owner, it will be cleaned up. 11/19/1998-Complaint-not valid. 11/23/1998-Spoke with resident about trash. Took title six and explained trash procedure. 11/24/1998-Complied. Talked with Marcia and they have private hauler on Mondays. Will put trash out in mornings in proper containers.
