Excessive Growth: Request
Phone Call: There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.

Dumpsters are in violation of Indiana Fire Prevention Code 11.201. (d). Sent report to owner of this and 107 N. Dunn, copied BFD, and left msg. with complaintants secretary. 12/04/98 complete inspection. Dumpsters under wood frame overhang. Issued Order Wooding Cts. Mgmt. got their dumpster moved. White Mountain Ice Cream does not want to move theirs. Since they are a commercial property I have asked Scott Smith at BFD to assist. Called comp. left msg. w/secretary. Steve Cottingham is sending insp. report to White Mountain. 12/07/1998 delivered report to White Mountain. Corrections already completed. Not = pure compliance, but dumpsters against concrete block wall (w/openings)
