Phone Call: The neighbor would like our department to give a friendly reminder that the boxes and trashcans in the side yard need to be taken care of. They have been there for 3 weeks.

Trash does not looked overwhelming, however the trash storage area is messy. Will ask to try to be neater about disposal and to be aware of neighbors concerns. Have not been able to discuss with tenants. Will leave a not for them today. Could not get in contact with anyone. Sent a friendly notice to be aaware of their trash storage area.
