Phone Call: Mr. Craig has called Animal Control and the Plan Department. His neighbor Guy Pacale Hardy has at least 4 dogs and 2 cats. The dogs fight each other and bark when people are sleeping. They get out and chase his cats. Mr. Hardy dumps the dog waste in a dry creek bed (and it stinks). He may want to start a kennel. Complainant wants something done about these problems and is willing to sign a complaint.
