Phone Call: 9/18/1998 Please pick up Mr Anderson's trash on his regular trash day (Friday) His orange stickers will have pieces of black trash bags on them. Its a long story. If you have a problem w/this, let me know. CB He put YW in plastic bags with orange stickers. Sanit. left a notice. He argued that trash is trash, even though it's YW. He said he couldn't find paper YW bags in Bloomington anywhere. Please call. I called Mr Anderson & explained YW procedures. He felt our policy was inconsistant.
