Site was inspected. The landscaping is indeed lacking severely. This needs to be addressed by the developer, Jeff Jones. He will be contacted about this issue. First notice of violation sent on 10/1/98. Landscaping and site improvements still incomplete as of most recent inspection. Final notice of violation sent 11/24/98. 12/2/98: Met with Jeff Jones on-site on 12/1. Significant progress is being made. Case will be handled as a site compliance issue rather than a complaint from this point on.
