Excessive Growth: Request

Phone Call: Haggerty's lot and the vacan lots on north summit street between 11th and Cottage grove, on the east side of the street., are completely overgrown. They were cut once last year, but are causing a problem with travel in the alley, security, animals, etc. this year.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.

Drive by. Alley overgrown Street is overgrown Lots in general not bad just need to trim back from street and alley. Called Mark Haggerty and Richard D. Wells Complaintant trimmed alley but left debris on the lots. No action taken at the street. Susie left message with Haggerty to discuss this with him. 12/01/1998- OK unless other complaints filed. Original complaintant signed petition that was accepted by BPW to allow the property to return to natural state.
