Phone Call: there have been several rats spotted in this area. yards are overgrown and the garage at 600 S. Lincoln is full of trash and junk. Please get the yards in the 600 block of S. Lincoln and S. Washington cleaned up then maybe the rats will have to move else where.

I left door hanger at 615 S Washington wich has large debris pile at back of lot adjacent alley. I also talked with tenent at 614 S. Lincoln. I will check again on 09/15/98 talked with owner andhe agreed to eliminate his brush pile.. As of 01/12/1999 no reports of rats in the area.
