Phone Call: Customer said water has a "chemical" taste. Tastes like bleach and has a milky appearance.

SG requested Dillman lab sample chlorine. Lab will sample afternoon of 8/31/98. 8/31/98 - 1:30 pm SG visited restaurant. Water tasted good. Could see no air or "milky" appearance in water. SG called customer and advised them all test were good. They have had no further complaints.
