Sgin in question was inspected. The complaint was found to be valid, and the signage change was found to be in violation of the Bloomington Zoning Ordinance. A letter will be sent to the sign owner requesting removal of the new signage.
Revisited site of signs. Large signage wrap has been removed from both sides. Signage is again four panels, two on either side, each wrapped individually with cigarette signage material. Legal department is still working with sign owners.
