This is a duplicate. I have talked with the owner and he is removing all the items left by tenants. drove by and large items had been removed

Phone Call: This house is a rental. The people from the summer have moved out and have left a bunch of junk in the yard and on the back porch. There large item pick-up date is on Fridays (Sept. 4th & 11th). The neighborhood has had problems with this residence before with trash piling up and some residents have seen rats around the area.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.
