Phone Call: This apt is in the Woodland Springs complex. apt #B 22. tenant says the roof leaks and she has to use a plunger to get the toilet to flush. She said the landlord gave her the plunger and told her to use each time they flush. The toilet runs over often and they end up with ankle deep water.
