Line of Sight: Request
Phone Call: The trees and brush are overgrown at the intersection of N. Walnut Street and Old State Road 37. As you are pulling off of State Road 37 to go south on Walnut Street the line of sight is very bad looking south. Sometimes people run the red light, going North on Walnut Street, and it is almost too late for those coming off of State Road 37.

I talked with Bobby Chestnut, Street Department, about this intersection. He stated that his crew had been out to trim the trees back at this area earlier but that he would have them trim back behind the guardrails this time. The crews trimmed back behind the guardrails at all four corners.
