Letter: Triangular area bounded by Southdowns, Sheridan Drive & Karen, needs dead trees, vines and weeds removed. Also, resident at 1308 Southdowns (and some others) are dumping their limbs, tree trimmings, and grass cuttings in this area. (See letter)

Jim Roach explained that they cleaned area of weeds and trash. He contacted Carol Jack, who sent a letter to neighbor "pls. do not dump on city property." Jim explained that the area continues to grow back and that they'll keep an eye on it and take care of it when necessary, so that there should be no reason for another complaint from this person.
