Phone Call: Customer is experiencing fawcet aerators in home being clogged by white sediment chunks.

Sg visited customer on 8/3/98. Examined sediment in aerator. Customer said home is about 20 months old. Sediments have appearance that they could be hot water heater dipstick tube particles. Provided customer copy of Opflow article on the subject and recommended they call a plumber to check this as a starting point. If this is not the cause - will investigate further. Customer is to get back to me. As of this date customer has not called back. Case closed.
