Sign is placed in the righ-of-way of Walnut St. Also, it illegally uses a picture of a stop sign. Letter sent requesting immediate removal of the sign. Additional letter sent requiring removal of "ATM" sign. As of 9/28, both signs have been removed and the site is in compliance.
