7/28/98 - SG telephoned lab to schedule sample and went to the restaurant to check on customer's problem. Water had a fishy taste of the type normally associated with an algae bloom in source water. Called Monroe Plant from the restaurant and advised them to turn on the activated carbon. Then called T & D and had them to come to flush the hydrant across the street. Called store manager back after their noon rush hour to check on his customer reactions. He said he only had one complaint. SG telephoned store manager. Problem is gone.
