Temporary Signage w/o permit: Request
Phone Call: There is a line of sight problem when you are going west on 11th Street and stop at Rogers Street. There is a gunshop sign obstructing the stop sign. Battersby could not see the stop sign due to this other sign and went through the intersection and almost got hit. She would like for someone to call her and let her know what can be done. [Also, the checkered pennants are illegal...-MJR]

Upon inspection, there does not appear to be a major sight problem with the gun shop sign in front of the stop sign. However, the checkered streamers are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance. A letter has been sent requesting the immediate removal of the streamers. Inspected the site to check for compliance with the letter. All streamers have been removed and the site is in compliance.
