Phone Call: The neighbor is installing drains in his backyard. These drains are directed to Mr. Buck's yard. The trench goes up to his property line. He would like to know what the City can do, if anything?

Since the neighbor is not connecting into the system, draining onto a sidewalk, or disturbing an area there is very little the City can do. This is better handeled as a civil matter.
