Phone Call: THE YARD HAS HAD ABOUT "20" BAGS OF TRASH IN IT FOR ALMOST AMONTH. THE TRASH PICK UP WAS TODAY AND THE TRASH IS STILL IN THE YARD. tHE BAGS ARE DETERIORATING. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.

I had already sent a T6 to the owner before this complaint came in. There aren't "20" bags of trash however, there are 7 or 8. 6/12/1998 received voic mail from lady calling for owner. They talked to the tenants and were assured that tags would be put on. Trash was tagged and picked up this morning.
