Phone Call: Mrs. Schlegel called to express concern over the scheduling of the BT Access. She apparently has had repeated problems with the BT Access coming late, and says that when she called into the office, the personnel in the office were rude to her by telling her she should call a taxi if she wanted to be picked up faster. Also, she apparently got the idea the staff in the office were telling her that using her disabilities do not warrant riding the BT Access. She commended the drivers however.
