Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Walk In: Mr. Milne stated on 6/4/98 that he felt the letter re. Aqua Pay that was put in monthly billings was deceiving. The letter stated that you could pay your monthly bill by Aqua Pay or at local banks but did not state that you still had the option to pay in cash or by check at the Utilities Department.

Mr. Milne's complaint was forwarded to Margaret Dalle-Ave, Asst. Dir.-Finance. Ms. Dalle-Ave asked Mike Snapp, Finance Manager, to answer in written form. Michael Snapp sent letter to Mr. Milne explaining that in addition to Aqua Pay and payments at local banks, the following payment methods do still exist: mail to p.o. box 2500, drop box at the south entrance door at 1969 S. Henderson St., and payments to cashiers at 1969 S. Henderson.
