BILL HAD JUST RUN SEWER MAINS IN AREA TO CLEAN. I CALLED MRS FOSHA AND EXPLAINED SOMETHINGS IS CAUSES FUMES TO COME THOUGH DRY TRAPS. INFORMED HER TO RUN WATER IN ALL DRAINS AND OPEN WINDOWS SINCE IT WAS 81 DEGREES OUTSIDE TODAY. TOLD HER WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
