Phone Call: There is a creek that runs in the back of his property. The drain is clogged. The property in the back has recently done some landscaping diverting the water to Johnson's property. The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.
