Checked problem and collected samples. Chlorine = 2.0 mg/L. pH = 8.6 5/28 - SG telephoned customer. Left voice mail message for customer to call me. 4/27/99: SG contacted customer and advised her of new info about hot water heater dip tube mfg problems. Mailed customer literature about the water heater defects. 5/3/99 Customer called and advised she has fpound their trouble is the water heater dip tube.
