Drove by--There is no 1502 on west 8th Street. I did not see any unlicensed cars on the street, either. The only car that I can think of that this gentleman may be talking about is owned by the residents of 1500 W. 8th, and it is parked on a cross street. In any case, that car is legal, as it is covered by a tarp. During the driveby, I saw 3 bags of trash at 1520 W. 8th Street, but they were neatly collected. Not valid--The information given by this complainant is not panning, out, and from driving by, I do not see an unlicensed car or big piles of trash in this block.
