Excessive Growth: Request
Phone Call: Lids are required for dumpsters, but the dumpster located near Mr. Stevens does not have a lid. This causes bees (yellow jackets) to swarm around the dumpster and his family was stung last year. He has contacted the Housing Authority, but they have not put lids on the dumpsters yet.
