DB--2 bags of trash, 1 bin of recycling. No one home, left door hanger. Saw no signs of rats. 4:10 left msg. for Lisby. Complaintant, Lawrence, called again. I told him what I had done and that they have until Monday 4/6/98 to take care of the trash. 04/06/1998 DB trash is gone.
