Walk In: Cable has been run across ground on his lot to another home next door. It is not buried and apparently not in a utility easement. Citizen doesn't really want to complain, but does want to know what TCI's plans are for this cable and is willing to work with them. MIGHT be willing to let them run thru his yard as he also wants to avoid disturbing his garden which is near the actual easement but wants to know how & where they'd dig, etc.. Would like TCI to contact him re: this.
