Phone Call: Comments come from citizen's leaf collection survey response. Storm drains at Ramble Rd W and Rusgan are "a real problem". They are always clogging up and don't work as they should. Need more regular maintenance, one is completely buried. Wants to talk to someone about this and point out the problems.
