Went out to his house and took him 5 trash stickers for several bags of trash he has picked up. His complaint is valid, and this would be a great project for 2-6 neighborhood folks to do....city could provide free Sanitation pickup or tags. Gave him Jim Tolen's phone number.
Gave Steve Creech, NA president, Tom's address & number. Called Tom and gave him Steve's number. Told each that HAND would work w/NA or individuals to provide stickers or Sanitation pickup for a litter pick up project.
