MS. ROBERTSON HAS HAD SEVERAL PAYMENT AGREEMENTS WITH US, THEREFORE I FEEL SHE IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH HOW OUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT WORKS. SHE SIGNED A PAYMENT AGREEMENT FORM INDICATING THAT SHE WOULD FULFILL THE PAYMENT AMOUNT AS WELL AS PAY HER CURRENT BILLS BY THE DUE DATE. THE PAYMENT AMOUNT WAS RECEIVED BY THE AGREED DATE BUT THE CURRENT BILL WAS NOT PAID AND MS. ROBERTSON'S WATER WAS DISCONNECTED. SHE DID NOT FEEL SHE HAD TO MAKE THE CURRENT BILL BY THE DUE DATE BECAUSE SHE HAD PAID THE LAST AMOUNT DUE ON THE PAYMENT AGREEMENT. ALL OTHER PAYMENT AGREEMENTS WERE PAID CORRECTLY BY MS. ROBERTSON. SHE RECEIVED A BLUE BILL BECAUSE THE PAYMENT AGREEMENT CAUSED THE COMPUTER NOT TO SEND BILL OUT AS RED. THE PAYMENT AGREEMENT STATES, WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF IF AGREEMENT IS NOT KEPT.
