This is a real confusing situation, an explanation has been sent to mayors office. Julio indicated to Nora that the mayors office will be sending a response to customer. Shortly after I received the complaint I researched and contacted Mrs. Stecker by phone and apologized and told her everything was OK with her account now, and that we were sorry for the errors and inconveniences that may have occurred.
