01/27/98 - SG discussed problem with customer by telephone. Asked customer to describe problem. Does cloudiness persist when water stands or disipate from bottom of glass to top? "Yes, cloudiness does disipate from bottom up when allowed to stand. Advised customer this was excess oxygen in water. A normal winter phenomenon. Asked customer to call back if problem gets worse. Customer has not called back after one month. Case closed.
