Fire Hazards: Request
Phone Call: CO run--detected levels of CO in the Kroger store 50--100 ppm. Notified smiths. Turned off large portable heater in new construction area which appeared to be source of CO.

Inspected w/contractor. 3 violations noted--exiting, mislabeled LP portable tank, and CO detector required. Follow-up reinspection in PM--all but CO detector completed. 01/13/1998 CO detector installed.
