Phone Call: Missed paying her bill on time, rec'd reminder notice, called TCI 1/5, made arrangements to pay on Friday. On Weds, man came to disconnect service. She called office, they told her could avoid disconnect if she gives him a check. He said he could not take a check, only cash and disconnected her. Her daughter took check in, but TCI won't reconnect 'til next week, is charging fee, and told her they had no supervisor she could talk to. Subs. feels she tried to cooperate & is being trtd unfair.
