Phone Call: Says property next door has been abandoned over a year. Metal sticking out of the walls and children play there. Safety hazard. See AO's #4710, 6442, 7115 also. Pls continue to monitor and let Mr. Jones know what we can or can't do.

Complaint is invalid. I spoke w/ Matt N. in Planning. According to the building code, the builder has one year to start the building from the time the permit was issued. there is no limit on how long it takes to build the building. There is no "building" on the lot an so the unsafe building law does not apply. The lot is fairly tidy and there is not an excess of building materials and little to no debris or trash.
