SG telephoned Mr Lewis to advise abouth what we learned about Mr Smith's hot water heater. (Remembered he had previously stated short runs on hot water.) Advised he have plumber check the hot water heater "dip stick." Ed Sherfield telephoned Mr. Lewis on 1/8/98 and left message on Mr Lewis' voice mail to call Ed back to schedule a time to have the water pressure checked.
