Excessive Growth: Request

Phone Call: The resident at the above address is dumping his loose trash in his yard. He has done this several times. HAND has been out before but he still continues to dump his trash making the neighborhood an "eyesore". Is there some type of fine that can be administered?

D/B Trash to the east side of front yard. Sent T6 D/B If not clean cite. D/B 1/29/1998, Site cleaner work being done on trash pile. D/B 2/13/1998check site. D/B 02/23/1998- Cleaned however this is a HOT SPOT, and should be monitered monthly.
