Parking on Unimproved Surface: Request
Phone Call: Would you please check ou 105 S. Union. The resident continues parking their commercial lowboy trailer on the lawn. As of 1pm on 12/4/97 there was the trailer and a GM type van parked on the lawn as well. This really detracts from the residentila character of the neighborhood. Thanks.

Driveby inspection. Trailer and pickup parked on lawn. No answer at door. Left calling card. Will DB on Mon, 12/8 and leave door hanger notice if still in violation. DB. Valid. Left door hanger w/ Jan. 1 compliance deadline. Sent mail notice of zoning violation w/ Jan. 5 deadline. Emailed T. Mayer & copied w/notice. 1/12/98: Site complied...spoke w/Tim last week and he said no problem since notice was sent.
