Investigated area. Parking lot appears to be at the same elevation as the alley. Problems are more likly the result of the development south. Sent letter and asked to discuss problem. Meeeting with Mr. Axsom on site. Informed him that adjusting the alley grades would not solve the ponding water problem. No D.E. exists across the neighboring property and the CIty cannot do anything at this time to solve the problem. This is a civil matter that needs to be worked out between Mr. Axsom and the neighbors and/or the developer.
