Phone Call: MR NAGEL HAS THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS REGARDING UNIVERSITY COMMONS: A). OF THE 3 ROADS THAT ACCESS THE APTS, 2 ARE BLOCKED. B). THERE IS MUD/DIRT/CONST. DEBRIS OVER THE ROADS CAUSING A HAZARD. C). THE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES PLUS A DUMPSTER IS CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE DUMPSTER IS NEAR AN INTERSECTION BLOCKING THE LINE OF SIGHT. D). On site meeting with James Beck (site foreman at the Rose Bud Site). I asked that all construction material be removed from the east side of Clarizz and Clean Clarizz at the end of each work day. On site meeting with Ed Murphy (contact person for The Fields Site. I asked that he have his part of Clarizz cleaned at the end of each work day and that more silt fence be installed along Clarizz and seeding bare areas. Contacted Jim Clark (Rogers Group) to seed and mulch the east side of Clarizz. Inspected site at 2:15 p.m. Didn't find a trash dumpster on the first inspection and didn't find on today. Mud tracking from the Rose Bud and The Fields sites. Called both sites and reminded them to have the street cleaned at the end of the work day. Gave the Fields site a verbal warning for erosion and tracking.
