Drove by w/ another inspector. Did not see any trash accumulation in this area. (Note: This is the 1st complaint in this system filed by Mr. Shaw)

Phone Call: For a year now Mr. Shaw has been complaining about the trash problem in this area. Bags of trash is constently blowing over onto the property of his mother at 1608 W. 8th. St. He's very angry about the situation and wants something done about it.
