Ms. Richardson was contacted. An appointment was scheduled for 11/3/97 for her to meet with Mike Phillips to discuss her problem and her feelings about Utilities Dept. personnel. Ms. Richardson had appt. on 11/3/97 to meet with Mike Phillips but failed to come in. Several attempts to reach her by phone were unsuccessful. CBU will continue to work with Ms. Richardson if she contacts the Dept. again.
