Phone Call: Ms. Pitcher is upset that she has been billed $75 for water usage in the last month. She said she is a single woman, and could never use that much water in a month! She said she did water her lawn/flowers in September, because it was still warm enough. She said she spoke w/ Utilities, and they told her the Utilities Board could extend the Summer Water program, and did not.
