Constituant Meeting: Newcomer to Bloomington, attended tour of City Hall w/Mayor & Julio. Wants to know if Hyde Park has a neighborhood/homeowner's assn. Also - her lot runs to one of the walls along Sare Road. Tree and brush maintenance questions about whether they're in city ROW -- who's responsible to maintain?
Tried to telephone...no answer. I need to know what parcel of land is in question and see if City owns it fee simple. Called Sheryl Barnes...Will send her GIS map of parcel & ROWs. Also need to check w/Lee Huss to see if tree in question is in city inventory. 3/6/98: Dropped GIS map off at her house. Called to leave message that lanscaping and walls were association's or adjacent property owners' responsibility.
