Phone Call: Directly across the street from complaintant's house; people have been dumping their grass clippings, leaves and tree limbs in this field area. A sign or something should be placed there because people should not do this.

This is not a field. Someone has dumped yard waste at the east side of the drainage culvert which runs east and west under the street. Tried to call Mrs. Quinn to see if she saw the person do this. I got no answer and no answering machine. GIS shows this as being owned by the City. This was taken care of months ago. Signs have been installed stating no dumping.
